Former Pastor Passes To Glory

We all learned this morning the tragic news of our former pastor, Ronnie Wilson. He was killed on Saturday in an auto accident while returning from an outing in Myrtle Beach. S.C., with his church group. Several church members who were also in the church van were seriously injured. Brother Ronnie served as pastor of the Adwolfe church from 1981-1986. The church made great strides forward during his ministry. Many who now attend were saved during his ministry with us. He had returned many times for revivals and meetings, and kept in constant touch with us all. A great man of God, Ronnie was a dear friend to us all. He was currently pastoring Southpoint freewill Baptist Church in Belmont, N.C. Our heart-felt condolences and deepest prayers go out to his family.
